How fast are orders processed?
Once in stock, orders are processed within one business day.

Can I modify/edit/cancel my order or address?
Yes. Orders can be modified/cancelled within 24 hours of an order being placed. Email us at info@visionarri.com or log into your account at visionarri.com/my-account.

What forms of payment do you take?
PayPal and major credit cards processed via PayPal.

How long does shipping take?
Items shipping in Jamaica are delivered within 2 business days, as long as item is in stock. For all other countries, it takes 3 – 5 business days for orders to arrive in the destination country. Feel free to email us at info@visionarri.com for further information.

If I have chosen local pick up, what time can I come?
You’ll be notified via email when your order is ready for pick up as well as info about your pick up date and time options.

Where is my order?
To track your order, please visit your carrier’s site and input your tracking number – which will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Please be advised that we are not responsible for any duties on packages being shipped.

What is a backorder and when will my order ship?
Backorder means that your item is not currently in stock, but we can take your order and it will be shipped within 4 weeks.

What is your return/refund policy?
We have a non-refund policy. All sales are final, due to our limited supplies and the unique nature of our products.

What if my items are damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If any received items are found to be damaged/defective/incorrect, we ask that you advise us within a week of receipt. Kindly send over a photo of the defect as well as your order number and we will be sure to respond accordingly!

How do I take care of my product?
Due to the delicate nature of our products, we advise that you spot clean only. Do not wash or use in a washing machine. Wipe with damp cloth when necessary.
